Z’s Ruffle Skirt

Z had to have her own ruffle skirt.  It’s the cutest thing I’ve ever made so far!

A tutorial for this can be found here.  This skirt is easier since it has one less tier!  It’ll be one of the sweetest things you will ever make!

Here’s an attempt to write out a tutorial for a ruffle skirt that I made B.  The material I used is the remnants from the Coffee Date Dress (pattern from The Selfish Seamstress) that I made.  I kept it because I knew I would be able to use it for something.  I’m glad I did!

The Turkey and the Blue Dresses

Glad to have B’s turkey project done and over with.  B is pretty proud of her masterpiece.  The fact that I got the turkey’s fairy wings for 50 cents is something to be proud of too!  By the way, it’s a turkey that’s supposedly disguised as a fairly so it won’t be eaten for Thanksgiving.  🙂

I couldn’t wait for B and Z to wear their blue dress!  Everybody loved it, especially Z’s matching shoes!

I want to take more pictures of the girls showing the dress and shoes.  Just wanted to post this real quick because I just thought that this was a cool picture with the red, yellow and blue.  B and Z’s Colombian papi, L, would be very proud!
